Shipping policy
If you are located on an island outside of the mainland country we are sending your goods to, there may be extra charges for freight which will be invoiced to you once we have processed your order. These include, but are not limited to: Islands of Hawaii/Honolulu (USA), Waiheke Island (NZ), Stewart Island (NZ), Tasmania (AUS), Fiji , Tonga , Samoa , Rarotonga etc.
Goods are sent on ‘Overnight’ or ‘Economy’, we use ‘Overnight’ services mandatory for anything that is small enough that does not incur extra freight charges, ‘Economy’ service is used if you are purchasing larger items, likely if you are paying over $25 in freight it will be sent on this service.
"Rural Deliveries" If you do not select the ‘Rural Delivery’ freight option at Checkout and enter a Rural address, Thrash Garage NZ LTD has the right to hold your parcel in ’Quarantine’ until the remaining freight charges have been paid, it is your obligation to select the correct freight charge. Customers are notified that they MUST selected ‘Rural Freight’ option at checkout at time of purchase. Customers who wish to cancel their order are eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return and subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of ‘Thrash Garage NZ’.
"Overnight" services are available until 2pm Monday - Friday. Orders placed after this cut off will be shipped on the next available service.
All of our items sent within NZ are insured, orders sent overseas are insured up to $250 unless stated otherwise.
Goods must be inspected for damages before signing OR accepting delivery, once accepted OR signed for, all rights are waived of damages. Thrash Garage NZ LTD are not able to make a claim on your behalf from the courier if you have not followed the above procedure and we will not be held accountable for these actions.
USA Customers:
When purchasing via our website, Tariffs are not automatically charged to you, these fees will be charged to you separately after you have placed your order.
Cancelling your order due to Tariff charges will result in a 10% re stocking fee on your order to cover the associated fees we incur when receiving your online order.
