Copper Head LED Headlight Kit

When looking for an easy option for better-performing headlights for your vehicle the Stedi Copper Head Headlight Conversion kits are a simple Plug and Play upgrade that is as simple as changing over a factory globe. This kit is desgned specifically for vehicles that have an enclosed headlight bulb that make it hard kits with fans to be installed. The Copper Heads are excellent for light distribution, brightness and durability. Six copper belts allot maximum thermal conductivity and give them an expected life span of around 5,000 hours - which is 9 times longer than your standard halogen!

On average most halogen 55W lamps will produce 850 Lumens per lamp, compared to 1,760 Lumens per lamp for the Stedi Copper Heads. This is thanks to using 6 x Phillips Luxeon ZES LEDs per lamp. All that brightness is useless without exacting light distribution, and this is where Stedi really lead the market. They’ve put lots of work into perfecting the beam geometry to ensure that their kits won’t cause glare and cause unwanted light scatter.

Built To Last

The market is moving away from active cooling (fan kits) and have adopted passive cooling. Passive cooling not only substantially increases reliability but it also significantly reduces the footprint of the kit. The flexible cooling belts of the Stedi Copper Heads offer the ability to retain the use of the factory dust caps maintaining the water and dust resistance of the headlight housing. With a lower profile than that of a fan-cooled kit, compatibility and ease of installation are also much wider.
