Work Wheels Offical Hardpark VSKF Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
This Work Wheels Offical Hardpark VSKF Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Thrash Garage NZ LTD (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.3. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotional Period
3.1. Online Entries: 1 x free entry valid with the purchase of a "Work Wheels Offical Hardpark Entry" promotional item at thrashgaragenz.com made between 12:00am on 18 September 2025 and 11:59pm on 12 December 2025 (NZDT).
3.1.1 Online Entries pt.2: 1 x free entry valid with the purchase of any "Work Wheels Offical Hardpark Merchandise" promotional item(s) at thrashgaragenz.com made between 12:00am on 12 November 2025 and 11:59pm on 12 December 2025 (NZDT).
3.2. In-Person Entries: 1 x free entry valid with the purchase of any "Work Wheels Offical Hardpark Merchandise" promotional item(s) during the Work Wheels Official Hardpark event at Euromarque Motorsport Park; held on 13 December 2025, between 12:00pm and 02:59pm NZDT.
Entries received outside these period(s) will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
4.1. To enter the Promotion, customers must purchase a Promotional Item from the Promoter during the Promotional Period(s).
4.2. A “Promotional Item” is defined as "Work Wheels Offical Hardpark Entry" & "Work Wheels Offical Hardpark Merchandise" promotional item(s) listed under the ‘Work Wheels Offical Hardpark’ promotional collection at thrashgaragenz.com; while stock lasts.
4.3. Limit one (1) entry per transaction, regardless of the number of promotional items purchased. Each qualifying purchase that includes a designated promotional item will count as one (1) entry into the giveaway. Multiple promotional items purchased in a single transaction will not result in additional entries.
4.4. Entry is automatic upon completion of a qualifying purchase.
5. Prize
5.1. The prize consists of two (2) 18x9.5 -3 L Disk VSKF wheels and two (2) 18x9.5 +2 O Disk VSKF wheels; four (4) VSKF wheels total in 5x114.3PCD:
LGS finish with Polished Lips & Hardware; and includes delivery within New Zealand only; excludes rural addresses.
5.2. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
5.3. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to ensure compatibility and fitment with their vehicle. No compensation, replacement, exchange, or monetary refund will be provided in the event the wheels does not fit the entrant’s vehicle.
5.4. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries live at 3:00pm 13 December 2025 (NZDT) at the ‘Work Wheels Offical Meet’ event; Euromarque Motorsport Park.
6.2. The winner will be announced in a live draw at Euromarque Motorsport Park & publicly via the @thrashgarage_nz Instagram account.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Publicity
By entering, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.
8. General
8.1. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.2. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
8.3. The Promoter assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the installation or use of the wheels, including but not limited to damage caused by incorrect fitment.
8.4. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
