This cam is perfect for drag racing with its solid lifter design and ability to produce high RPM horsepower. It works best in competition engines that produce over 1000hp, have a 76mm or larger turbo, run on high stall, and/or have nitrous. For fuel, we suggest using either an ethanol blend or methanol. Kelford Cams recommends pairing this cam with KVS226-T valve springs for optimal performance.
