The TX272 profile currently has the best all-round performance for motorsport cams, with the solid lifter version deemed the best. These cams ideally suit racing engines within the 400-700hp range with a turbo size range of 54-64mm. Note that OEM hydraulic lifters are not recommended; a conversion to solid lifters is required.

  • For optimal performance at 8500rpm and 35psi boost, Kelford Cams recommend KVS63-BTK valve springs
